Although breast milk is considered to be the best for the overall well being of infants, a number of breast feeding problems can evolve among mothers making it difficult for them to continue nursing their child. One of the most common breast feeding problems found among many women are the sore nipples. It can cause to some serious pain and infection if it is not being treated with care in time.
The main cause behind such particular problem is basically for improper latching on. To avoid such problems, it is advised to clean and dry up the nipple after each feed up in order to prevent building moisture there. Some other breast feeding problems are the yeast infections. It creates problem in appearing a whitish growth in and out of the tongue region among the infants and creating a sense of pain in the breast among mothers. The nipples get swollen associated with utmost pain. The only way to avoid this problem is by keeping the breast region dry and clean in order to avoid yeast growth.
